After Dark: Holiday Party Recap

The lights down low, the music up loud, this seems to be commonplace for Aiguille After Dark. However, this After Dark was a little different. The gym was aglow with a multitude of Christmas lights and trees and shimmering ornaments. The smell of baked goods from the bake off wafted through the air filling everyone's minds with thoughts of the delicious holiday foods they were about to consume, and, thanks to our routsetters, trees and stars adorned the bouldering walls.

The Diamond Wall and Wave Wall were stripped and set for our Holiday Climbers, and the hustle and bustle says that they were a hit!! As always, everyone was milling about working the new routes, but in anticipation for the holiday celebrations to come, we saw a few tacky sweaters out and about.

Make sure you don't forget to come in and check out our next Aiguille After Dark on January 27, 2012 to bring in the NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As always, there will be new routes to work and motivating music in the air!
